Individuals or small groups attend from a variety of companies to form a learning group for the duration of the programme. Companies we have not worked with before can send along one participant at no fee, even if no other candidates from the company attend
(for whom the usual course fee would be required).

PROGRAMME
The course begins at lunchtime on Day 1 and ends late morning on Day 4. When Developing Potential is run as an ‘open’ course, participants may benefit from sharing their experiences with others from different businesses and sectors. In addition to a sequence of problem-solving projects, a number of models and theories will be presented to help support participants’ learning from direct experience: arguably the most powerful learning style.
Course tutors will lead review discussions throughout the programme. Participants will be guided through identifying and focusing on personal learning objectives, and through the exploration of these from the viewpoints of others.
Towards the end of the course, each participant will be helped to produce a individually-tailored action plan to help them to transfer their new learning back to the workplace.
