Leading With Questions
Our job is to deliver training and development solutions which meet the needs of your company or team.
To get a clear understanding of what these needs are, we think it's best to begin with some key questions.  In discussing these, we can work with you to define the objectives of any new training and then propose the best way of achieving them.

They may be questions you already think about a great deal, or perhaps not as much as you feel you should.  In either case, one, two, or more of them could make a great starting point for bringing about positive change to how people work together.
  1. How effective is your company or your team at setting realistic goals and then planning a path so that these goals are met on time and in budget?
  2. How effective is communication?
  3. How can you encourage staff to really strive for excellence?
  4. How would you like your staff to think and feel about working for your company?
  5. What would you hope staff say to others about working for you?
  6. What can you do to engage staff and boost staff retention?
  7. How can you encourage initiative and enterprise in your staff?
  8. How can you give newly recruited staff the best possible start?
  9. How can you help staff to build self confidence so that they are ready to contribute all they can?
  10. How can staff gain the skills to manage difficult conversations and negotiations well?
  11. How can you build assertiveness and openness?
  12. How can you boost motivation and a sense of company team spirit?
Our starting point may be one or more of the above or may be a different question entirely, but from this can come a clear understanding of how you would like things to be different, and a strategy for designing the most appropriate learning experiences.
